Strengthening the resilience, sustainability and impact of your organisation
The Anthony Costa Foundation, in partnership with Benefolk, is pleased to invite not-for-profit organisations based in or working in the Geelong/G21 region to participate in the upcoming Strength in Community Workshop.
This day long facilitated workshop will help organisations identify their strengths, challenges and future priorities, through a structured capability assessment process. Participants will received a tailored diagnostic report and have the opportunity to explore future capability- building support through the organisational steam of the Foundation’s Strength in Community Grant Program.

Why Participate
-Complete a structured capability diagnostic across key areas such as strategy, governance, financial sustainability and organisational effectiveness
-Receive a tailored report highlighting their organisation’s capability strengths and development needs
-Connect with peers from across the Geelong community sector
-Gain insight into broader sector trends and capability challenges
-Contribute to a shared understanding of organisational needs across the Geelong region
-Explore opportunities for future capability-building support
This workshop is the first step in the Foundation’s Organisational Stream process. Organisations that participate will be invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) seeking support to address capability priorities identified through the assessment.
